Ronald Lee Satrape – Apostolic Leader, Author, and Church Planter
Ron Satrape is a seasoned apostolic leader and church planter with over 45 years of ministry experience. His passion lies in leadership and team development, having raised and equipped pastors and leaders both across the United States and internationally. Ron’s book, "Retooling the Church", has been widely used as a practical resource for leadership training and church development.

Alongside his wife of nearly 53 years, Denise Satrape, Ron co-founded Churches in the Lead Inc., a nonprofit ministry that serves affiliated and associated churches and ministries. Together, they currently serve as Lead Pastors of Christian Life Church in Eliot, Maine.

As an apostolic builder, Ron focuses on creating strong, sustainable people structures that support effective ministry. Denise complements this work by focusing on inner transformation—building structures of truth within individuals to establish character, integrity, and wholeness. They believe that healthy leaders build healthy teams: “Wounded people wound, but healed people heal.”

Ron and Denise minister powerfully through the gifts of prophecy, healing, and words of knowledge, and are respected expository teachers and preachers of the Word. They are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to six.
